About the role
Zoomlion is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join its Heavy Equipment division in Angola. The role focuses on promoting and selling construction equipment such as mobile cranes, tower cranes and concrete machinery, supporting the company’s global expansion in emerging markets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets, pipeline and collection goals.
- Prospect, qualify and generate new leads for the product portfolio.
- Contact prospective clients through calls and visits to present Zoomlion’s equipment.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Record and update all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor competitors, new products and market conditions to identify customer needs.
- Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to the line manager.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
Required profile
- Minimum matric / grade 12; tertiary education is a plus.
- Proven sales experience in the engineering machinery or heavy‑equipment sector, preferably with mobile cranes, tower cranes or concrete machinery.
- Technical aptitude to understand machinery specifications and applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet targets.
Required skills
- CRM usage for tracking sales activities.
