Sales Manager – Oil & Gas

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead key account relationships and revenue growth in the oil and gas industry in Angola. You will act as the primary contact for strategic customers, delivering tailored solutions that match evolving client needs while supporting the company’s global objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into lasting partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals.
• Provide product information, training, and support; resolve client issues and complaints promptly.
• Conduct market research, track industry trends, and report on account status and sales activity.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in oilfield‑related activities.
• Proven track record as a Sales Account Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
