Sales Manager – Construction Machinery

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sale of SANY Group’s construction machinery and heavy‑equipment portfolio in Angola. The successful candidate will use their established network to expand our market presence and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for excavators, loaders, and mining/road machinery across Angola.
• Leverage existing relationships with mining firms, road and bridge engineering contractors, infrastructure developers, and government entities to generate sales.
• Present product solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Angolan citizen, residing and working full‑time in Angola.
• Proven track record in sales of construction machinery or heavy equipment within the Angolan market.
• Established network of customers in mining, road/bridge engineering, infrastructure contracting, and government sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience with leading competitor brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, or SDLG is highly preferred.
