Sales Development Representative – ERP Background

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong B2B technology, enterprise software, ERP, or related background to support an international technology and digital transformation client. This remote, outbound role focuses on account‑based prospecting within the automotive and related industries.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify high‑potential target accounts and senior decision‑makers.
• Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other approved channels.
• Personalize outreach based on prospect business needs and qualify genuine opportunities.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, business development or sales development.
• Background selling or prospecting for ERP, SaaS, IT solutions or digital transformation services.
• Strong experience with account research, targeted prospecting and engaging senior‑level decision‑makers.
• Excellent spoken and written English and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• ERP systems knowledge.
• SAP solutions experience (strong advantage).
• CRM and sales prospecting tools proficiency.
• Cold calling, LinkedIn and email outreach skills.
