Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead Neway’s sales and marketing activities across Angola, Namibia and Congo Brazzaville. You will identify opportunities, provide quotations, and deliver market intelligence to secure orders and expand Neway’s brand influence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and provide business development advisory for oil & gas, petrochemical, FPSO, power, renewable energy and water‑treatment projects.
• Develop sales and marketing objectives, create annual forecasts for each customer, and coordinate pricing strategies with the HQ sales team.
• Provide technical support for valve registration, pre‑qualification and approval with EPCs and end‑users.
• Organise high‑level meetings with senior representatives of major oil companies and maintain ongoing relationships to increase Neway’s market share.
• Monitor local content guidelines and incentive policies in the target countries.
• Assist with product presentations, trade‑show participation, customer visits, and coordination of logistics such as TQ, payment, commission and shipment.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports and support company functions and customer engagement activities.

Required profile

• College degree preferred or at least 8 years of experience in valve sales or the oil & gas industrial sector.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
