Recovery Associate

About the role

The Recovery Associate ensures the store maintains an organized and attractive appearance by returning merchandise to the sales floor, restocking shelves, and keeping the environment clean. This role also provides friendly, high-quality customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers within a ten-foot radius and assist them with purchase decisions.
• Return merchandise to the sales floor and restock shelves according to department assignments.
• Maintain department cleanliness, including wiping shelves and sweeping floors.
• Ensure store bathrooms are clean and well-maintained.
• Follow Indoor Merchandising Guide standards for product placement.
• Operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment safely.
• Use general office equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax machine, calculator, and computer.
• Participate in cross-training and ongoing learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong focus on store presentation and cleanliness.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Understanding of safety protocols and proper material handling.
• Willingness to learn and adapt through training programs.
