PR & Consumer Insights Manager

About the role

We are seeking a PR & Consumer Insights Manager to strengthen KN Group’s brand reputation, uncover market and consumer insights, and support strategic decisions through social listening, competitive intelligence, and public relations. The role blends analytical research with hands‑on media relations and crisis communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies that enhance the KN Group brand locally.
• Manage relationships with media, journalists, industry publications, and external PR agencies.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, executive statements, and other corporate communications.
• Support crisis communication planning and reputation‑management initiatives.
• Track and report on media coverage and PR performance.
• Monitor online conversations about KN Group brands, competitors, and fintech topics; maintain social‑listening dashboards.
• Identify emerging customer concerns, misconceptions, and opportunities; provide early‑warning alerts.
• Analyze consumer behavior, attitudes, and trends; conduct competitor monitoring and benchmarking.
• Synthesize feedback from reviews, surveys, and social channels into actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and business teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in PR, communications, brand strategy, consumer insights, or social intelligence.
• Background in fintech, financial services, technology, consumer brands, or high‑growth startups.
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners.
• Fluent English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
