PMO and Document Management Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a PMO and Document Management Assistant to support the oversight of public digital infrastructure construction in Angola. The role is contract‑based for up to sixteen months and reports directly to the client’s technical team, focusing on inspection, verification and quality‑control activities rather than execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the PMO in tracking project milestones, deliverables and documentation.
• Perform inspection and verification of project outputs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
• Support the client’s technical direction by preparing reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in PMO functions and/or project document management.

Required skills

• CAPM certification (or equivalent project management knowledge).
• Familiarity with ISO 15489 records‑management standards.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting (preferred).
