People Operations Intern

About the role

Culturelligence is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its global remote team as People Operations Interns. This three‑month volunteer program offers students and recent graduates hands‑on exposure to HR functions, talent acquisition, employer branding, and cross‑functional collaboration in an international setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Conduct research on talent management and agile People Operations practices.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic insights for leadership review.
• Support the implementation and improvement of internal People Operations processes and workflows.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social‑media engagement.
• Collaborate with global teams on operational and business projects.

Required profile

• Students pursuing a BBA, MBA, Master’s in HR, or related fields, or recent graduates.
• Strong interest in agile People Operations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Access to a personal computer, laptop, and reliable internet connection.
• Conversational proficiency in English.
