Offshore Site Manager – FPSO Maintenance

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Offshore Site Manager to lead a dedicated repair and maintenance team on a Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel operating off the coast of Angola. The role involves overseeing daily offshore activities, ensuring safety and quality standards, and coordinating closely with client representatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a crew of 15–22 welders, fitters, and riggers.
- Plan and coordinate daily offshore maintenance and repair tasks.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and client specifications.
- Liaise with client representatives to monitor project progress.
- Deliver work safely, on schedule, and to the highest technical standards.
Required profile
- Proven offshore experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Background in FPSO or oil & gas maintenance operations.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication abilities.
- Valid offshore certifications such as BOSIET, HUET, and an up‑to‑date offshore medical.
