Member – Consumer Goods & Retail Insights

About the role

The Member position at MTC Consumer Goods and Retail Insights is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Zango 0. You will support the team in gathering and analysing data on consumer goods and retail activities, helping to turn observations into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and record data from stores, consumer interactions and market observations.
• Assist in preparing summaries, reports and presentation decks for internal and client use.
• Document findings, maintain organized records and support basic project documentation.
• Participate in regular team meetings, follow established processes and contribute ideas for improving insight quality.
• Coordinate with colleagues across the hybrid work environment to ensure timely delivery of tasks.

Required profile

• Strong observational, analytical and basic data‑handling abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and preparing summaries.
• Good organisational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting.
• Willingness to learn about consumer goods, retail operations and basic research methods.
