About the role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting and detailing the company's pharmaceutical products to chemists and other healthcare professionals. This role combines field sales activities with strategic market analysis to drive product adoption and achieve sales objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to chemists and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits and deliver product presentations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Submit daily call reports and sales activity reports.
- Participate in product training programs, conferences, and promotional events.
Required profile
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product promotion.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Analytical mindset to track market trends and competitor activity.
