Lead Scheduler – Integrated Planning & Scheduling (12‑mo contract)

About the role

This 12‑month renewable contract role supports integrated planning and scheduling across routine maintenance, turnarounds, major maintenance, and capital projects in a technically demanding industrial environment. The Lead Scheduler develops executable schedules, monitors critical‑path performance and drives improvements in work‑management processes using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and SAP PM.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, executable schedules for maintenance, turnarounds and capital projects.
• Monitor critical‑path performance and provide schedule recovery actions.
• Improve work‑management processes through Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and SAP PM.
• Align activities of maintenance, engineering, procurement, construction and contractors to ensure safe, efficient execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline (or a technical diploma with extensive relevant experience).
• Minimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience in oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical or heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven experience supporting routine maintenance, turnarounds, major maintenance and capital projects.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and SAP PM (or equivalent CMMS).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling, critical‑path methodology, resource planning and schedule risk analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other data‑analysis tools.
• English language skills at pre‑advanced level (written and spoken).
