Senior Project Operations Representative

About the role

The Senior Project Operations Representative provides operational expertise for Base Business and Capital Projects, ensuring operational and maintenance considerations are integrated from design through hand‑over. The role mentors team members and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver Project Operations Planning deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Operations Strategies and incorporate operational needs into project design, execution and startup.
• Create and maintain operational deliverables such as resource‑loaded operational plans, commissioning support, operating procedures, emergency response plans and OPEX budgets.
• Define sparing, isolation and maintenance requirements, set up CMMS, and plan permitting for safe brownfield work.
• Mentor and guide team members on Project Operations Planning processes.

Required profile

• Significant experience supporting major capital, small, turnaround and brownfield projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work in multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
• Proven leadership, mentoring and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• Gas operations knowledge (high‑pressure pipelines, pigging, gas conditioning, dehydration, LPG/LNG systems).
• Control system and control‑room operations experience.
• CMMS (e.g., Maximo) and planning tools (SAP, Primavera, TA Database).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
