Interoperability, Data & Applications Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Interoperability, Data & Applications Specialist to join a public‑digital‑infrastructure entity in Angola for up to sixteen months. Working under the client’s technical direction, you will focus on inspection, verification and quality‑control activities rather than direct execution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical inspections of digital infrastructure components to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Verify data flows and application integrations across government platforms.
• Perform quality‑control testing and document findings for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to support the construction of public digital services.
• Provide expert advice on interoperability standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum eight years of experience in systems integration and/or e‑government projects.
• Fluency in English.
• Relevant certifications (TOGAF, ISTQB, CDMP) are a plus.
