International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are expanding our global recruitment team and are looking for a motivated International Talent Acquisition Freelancer. You will manage the full hiring cycle for multilingual candidates across Asia and Europe, working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
• Publish job openings on international job boards and platforms.
• Source candidates through social media, professional networks, and resume databases.
• Screen applications to verify required qualifications.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Maintain relationships with past applicants and potential talent pools.
• Track candidates through the hiring process until placement.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years experience in sales, cold‑calling, or candidate sourcing.
• Background in BPO roles such as customer service, marketing, or sales.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networking sites.
• Experience recruiting for the European market.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Fluent English and proficiency in additional languages.
