Human Resources Lead

About the role

Webcor Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Lead to drive HR strategy and operations for its industrial business units. The role combines strategic planning, performance management, union engagement, employee relations and compliance to support the company’s growth and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the industrial sector.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews and talent development.
• Manage union relations and collective bargaining activities.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain and improve HR information systems and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
• 5‑7 years of HR leadership experience in an industrial environment.
• Fluent in English (reading and writing).
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies and industrial labor legislation.
• Proven leadership, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• High professionalism, integrity and discretion with confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
