Graduate Programme – Environmental Engineering

About the role

DP World Africa is launching a 24‑month Graduate Programme for recent graduates in Environmental Engineering. The programme starts on 1 February 2027 and provides a structured learning journey, including an induction, rotations across business areas and project experience within the company’s environmental operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive induction to understand DP World’s operations and culture.
• Rotate through various departments to gain practical experience in environmental engineering projects.
• Complete assessments and a one‑way video interview as part of the recruitment process.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives and support the environmental compliance function.
• Prepare for a final placement based on performance, team integration and available positions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
• Final year of study with expected graduation in 2026.
• No prior formal work experience.
• Not planning to pursue further studies in 2027.
