Graduate Finance & Accounting Programme (GROW)

About the role

DP World Africa is launching the GROW Graduate Programme, a 24‑month development journey for recent graduates in finance, accounting or financial management. The programme combines structured learning, rotations across business units and an induction that immerses participants in DP World’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete an initial assessment and one‑way video interview as part of the selection process.
• Participate in a comprehensive induction covering DP World’s ways of working.
• Rotate through various finance and accounting functions to gain hands‑on experience.
• Contribute to finance‑related projects and support team objectives during each placement.
• Prepare for a final placement based on performance, team integration and available roles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management.
• Final year of study with graduation expected in 2026.
• No prior formal work experience.
• No intention to pursue further studies in 2027.
