Geologist – Early Careers

About the role

Join SLB’s Geoscience and Petrotechnical teams as an early‑career Geologist. You will blend earth‑science knowledge with cutting‑edge logging technologies to assess reservoir architecture and hydrocarbon potential, supporting clients with innovative subsurface solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the geoscience team to evaluate exploration prospects.
• Prepare surface and subsurface maps that illustrate stratigraphic relationships.
• Generate structural models, including seismic interpretation, geological interpretation, rock‑property analysis, mapping, and time‑depth conversion.
• Perform facies modelling to characterize reservoir heterogeneity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Geology.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and adapt to diverse working conditions.
