Early Careers Geologist

About the role

Join SLB’s Geoscience and Petrotechnical teams as an Early Careers Geologist. You will blend earth‑science knowledge with cutting‑edge logging technologies to assess reservoir architecture and hydrocarbon potential, supporting clients in solving complex subsurface challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the geoscience team to evaluate exploration prospects.
• Prepare surface and subsurface maps that illustrate stratigraphic arrangements.
• Generate structural models, including seismic interpretation, geological interpretation, rock‑property analysis, mapping, and time‑depth conversion.
• Perform facies modelling to support reservoir characterization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Geology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present factual information clearly.
• Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to varied working conditions and locations.
