Finance Manager

About the role

Angola Capital Partners (ACP) is seeking a Finance Manager for its representation office in Luanda. The role is pivotal in overseeing the financial reporting, accounting, and audit processes for ACP and its associated investment entities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ACP’s accounting, financial reporting, consolidation and audit processes.
• Support preparation and review of annual accounts and audits for FIPA Sarl, its investment funds and related SPVs.
• Coordinate with external auditors, accounting providers and financial advisors.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant accounting and reporting standards.
• Strengthen financial controls, processes and reporting across the group.
• Assist with fund‑related financial reporting and interaction with international stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and support to management on corporate and investment matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting, audit or finance.
• Experience in financial institutions, investment companies or similar environments; Big Four experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience with investment funds or private equity is preferred.
