Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International seeks a qualified Non-Key Expert to support data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring and results reporting for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Support data analysis for programme activities.
• Support economic analysis and related reporting.
• Conduct monitoring and evaluation of project outcomes.
• Perform impact assessment and evidence synthesis.
• Monitor indicators and compile performance dashboards.
• Prepare and deliver results reports.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a related field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• At least one year of experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, evidence synthesis, data compilation and preparation of dashboards or performance reports.
