Finance Manager – Angola

Robert Bosch Angola is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead all financial operations, from daily transactions to strategic planning and reporting. The role ensures financial stability, supports growth, and provides insight for business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain robust financial operations aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Optimize processes to improve cash flow, reduce costs and enhance profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws and internal policies.
• Provide accurate financial insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Build trust with stakeholders such as tax authorities, auditors and financial institutions.
• Control performance through invoicing, cost control and budget monitoring.
• Oversee cash‑flow management, procurement and expense control.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, forecasts and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
