Finance Manager (Angola)

About the role

Robert Bosch Angola is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead all financial operations, from day‑to‑day transactions to strategic planning and reporting. The role supports the company’s growth across multiple business units and ensures financial stability in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain robust financial operations that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Optimize financial processes to reduce costs, improve cash flow and enhance profitability.
• Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws, social security contributions and internal policies.
• Provide accurate financial insights to support business decisions and stakeholder confidence.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, invoicing results and cost control.
• Manage cash flow, relationships with banks and auditors, and procurement expenses.
• Allocate financial, physical, technological and human resources strategically.
• Offer financial advice to business areas such as Electrical Tools, Thermotechnology, Home Appliances, Automotive Parts and Hydraulic Systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Ability to manage compliance, risk and stakeholder relationships.
