About the role

Poliglota is seeking an enthusiastic English and Portuguese Language Instructor to join its team in Luanda, Angola. The role is on‑site and focuses on delivering high‑quality language lessons to a diverse group of learners, helping them achieve fluency and cultural competence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging English and Portuguese lessons in line with curriculum standards.
• Create structured lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to learners’ needs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Incorporate relevant cultural elements to enhance language comprehension.
• Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching English and Portuguese, preferably in Angola or similar contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, Literature or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
• Commitment to fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
