About the role

We are seeking an experienced Database Engineer with 7+ years of expertise in both traditional and modern database technologies. The role involves designing, optimizing, and maintaining high‑performance database systems that support enterprise‑scale healthcare applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain database systems for enterprise applications.
• Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance.
• Perform execution plan analysis and performance tuning.
• Develop and manage reports using SSRS.
• Implement and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS and modern data integration tools.
• Monitor database health, ensure security compliance, and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for CI/CD database deployments.
• Support real‑time data streaming and analytics initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in performance optimization of large‑scale systems.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams in Agile environments.
• Proactive approach to database reliability and scalability improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in database engineering and optimization.
