Data Analyst & ERP Coordinator

About the role

The Data Analyst & ERP Coordinator will turn raw data into actionable insights while ensuring the company’s ERP system (Winrest) is used effectively across departments. You will work closely with operational and management teams to support strategic decisions and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualisations that communicate findings clearly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand analysis needs and provide support.
• Recommend process optimisations and support implementation of data‑driven strategies.
• Coordinate ERP usage, train users, and maintain data accuracy on an ongoing basis.
• Manage team members, oversee the IT department, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Deploy departmental action plans and ensure compliance with group digital, IT, and security guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent English (mandatory); Portuguese or French is a plus.
• Immediate availability.
• Proven experience in digital transformation projects.
