Consumer Activations Manager – Angola

About the role

The Consumer Activations Manager will turn JTI’s overall marketing and brand strategies into comprehensive consumer acquisition, retention and equity‑building plans across all channels, with a focus on the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant and Café) segment in Angola.

Key responsibilities

• Translate marketing and brand strategies into holistic consumer activation plans across multiple touchpoints.
• Analyse channel specificities and develop clear segmentation to guide investment prioritisation.
• Design and execute activation and investment plans that position JTI as the preferred partner in the HoReCa channel.
• Monitor performance against objectives and KPIs, providing insights and corrective recommendations.
• Manage project‑level marketing budgets with full ownership and compliance.
• Coach HoReCa Specialists to build collaborative partnerships and high customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a safe environment for challenge and growth.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration or Economics.
• Minimum 6 years of marketing and sales experience, preferably with HoReCa channel exposure.
• Strong consumer‑centric mindset combined with solid business acumen and analytical abilities.
• Deep knowledge of the local market environment.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
