CMMS Coordinator

About the role

The CMMS Coordinator will support maintenance operations in an on‑shore plant in Angola, focusing on SAP PM data quality, coordination of maintenance activities and reliable reporting. Working closely with maintenance and planning teams, the role ensures accurate master data, effective scheduling and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate development and use of the SAP PM Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) across the business.
• Implement SAP PM, including blueprint review, data validation and system capability enhancements.
• Maintain master data quality and integrity before uploads and manage change notifications.
• Assess impact of data changes on maintenance programs, asset register, RCM and RBI processes.
• Provide end‑user support for maintenance teams and act as the focal point for CMMS queries.
• Run weekly maintenance performance reports, highlight KPI results and propose data‑quality improvements.
• Support daily work‑order processing, scheduling and interface between maintenance, production and the CMMS team.
• Mentor local Angolan employees and help develop the maintenance‑planning department’s capability.

Required profile

• Ability to act as the focal point for maintenance end‑user support.
• Capability to assess the impact of data changes on maintenance programs and processes.
• Experience mentoring and developing local staff, particularly Angolan employees.
