Channel Sales Specialist

About the role

Hikvision is seeking a proactive Channel Sales Specialist to drive growth across its regional channel network. You will combine market insight with product expertise to shape sales strategies, onboard new partners, and expand existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse regional market trends and translate them into actionable sales plans for various product categories.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring smooth integration.
• Develop existing partners through contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and regular business reviews.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and uncover new business opportunities.
• Conduct detailed product analyses for dealer portfolios, optimise offerings, and address commercial or technical bottlenecks.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and market developments.
• Design and deliver routine training programs for partners and their customers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports and meeting minutes.
• Handle direct customer transactions, ensuring efficient order processing and delivery.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of sales experience in the Security or IT industry, with a solid understanding of regional channel markets.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Established network within the local channel ecosystem.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs.
