Channel Account Executive – Partner Management

About the role

The Channel Account Executive will support the development, management, and growth of Cisco channel partners across Managed Service Provider (MSP), Telecommunications, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), and Public Sector segments. Working closely with partner sales teams, Cisco account managers, distributors, and internal stakeholders, the role drives pipeline creation, revenue growth, and partner engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned Cisco channel partners and conduct regular business reviews.
• Identify and qualify new customer opportunities through partner‑led and partner‑assisted sales across networking, security, collaboration, data‑center, cloud, and software solutions.
• Support deal registration, quoting, pricing requests, and opportunity tracking.
• Deliver partner enablement activities such as training sessions, webinars, product briefings, and technical workshops.
• Assist in the execution of joint go‑to‑market campaigns, demand‑generation events, and co‑selling initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline metrics; prepare regular business updates.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the IT/telecom sector.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with partner sales and technical teams.
• Experience driving revenue growth through partner‑led opportunities.
