Brand and Communications Manager

About the role

Africell is seeking a Brand and Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of its brand strategy in Cabinda, Angola. You will ensure that the company's visual and verbal identity is consistently applied across all touch‑points while supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain brand identity guidelines, including values, messaging, and visual standards.
• Execute marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and promotional activities aligned with brand positioning.
• Develop compelling content for diverse audiences and approve external communications to maintain a unified "Africell Voice".
• Monitor physical and digital brand visibility, including retail shops, media placements, and social media.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and technical teams to ensure brand consistency in product launches and customer interactions.
• Track and analyze KPIs for branding initiatives and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in branding, marketing, or corporate communications.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, modern marketing strategies, and digital/social media platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative eye for design and strong analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
