Voice Support Specialist (Remote – Angola)

About the role

Yango Group is seeking a Voice Support Specialist to provide assistance to customers in Angola through phone and chat channels. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the country while delivering high‑quality support and contributing to customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls and live chat in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Yango’s products and services.
• Escalate complex cases to senior specialists or appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer logs.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Own a laptop or PC with a stable internet connection and backup power source.
• Ability to work in a team and support colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
• At least 3 months experience in customer support or call‑center environments (preferred).
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
