Senior Manager, Channel Execution – Angola & Mid Africa

About the role

The Senior Manager, Channel Execution will lead the commercial execution of our retail channel across Angola and the broader Mid‑Africa region. Reporting to the Senior Director of Franchise Operations, this individual will shape growth pillars, expand cold‑space opportunities and drive a consumer‑centric transformation of commercial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel commercial execution growth pillars.
• Drive cold‑space expansion in line with strategic targets.
• Lead the evolution of franchise commercial processes such as RED, SFA and Alternate RTM.
• Own and maintain all channel metrics dashboards, providing regular commercial analysis and reports.
• Project‑manage a portfolio of channel initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with bottling partners to activate in‑market experiments that link consumer segmentation to business growth.
• Work with the strategy and insights community to align market and consumer segmentation efforts.
• Develop investment plans for identified strategic imperatives.

Required profile

• University Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• Prior commercial or franchise operations experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work across cultures and multiple functions.
• Strong self‑starter with superior leadership and influencing skills.
• Experience in a cross‑functional or highly matrixed organization.
• Advanced analytical acumen with a track record of shaping growth and marketing strategy.
