Integrity Engineer – Asset Integrity Management

About the role

The Integrity Engineer will support the integrity engineering of pressure systems, topside structures, hull and mooring systems for FPSO operations. You will work closely with on‑shore and offshore operations teams to ensure compliance with asset integrity standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and improve Asset Integrity Management Systems (AIMS) documentation, strategies, procedures and safety case inputs.
• Evaluate industry best practices, regulations, codes and standards to ensure compliance with ABJV standards.
• Provide technical advice to operations teams and support risk‑based decision‑making.
• Coordinate risk‑based assessments (RBA) and risk‑based inspection (RBI) programmes, including peer reviews of written schemes of examination.
• Develop annual inspection and integrity plans, optimise resourcing and cost planning.
• Review inspection scopes, reports and asset surveys to identify integrity risks and trigger remedial actions.
• Manage the anomaly management system, conduct weekly meetings and prioritise repair orders in the CMMS.
• Provide technical input for repair methodologies, liaise with specialist vendors and oversee documentation close‑out.
• Support the Management of Change (MOC) process for integrity‑related projects and audit QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate failure investigations with third‑party contractors and deliver technical findings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in asset integrity engineering for offshore oil & gas assets.
• Strong knowledge of regulations, codes and industry standards applicable to FPSO operations.
• Experience delivering risk‑based assessments and RBI programmes.
• Ability to work with on‑shore and offshore teams and provide clear technical guidance.
• Familiarity with anomaly management, MOC processes and failure investigation techniques.
