Integrity Engineer

About the role

Providing integrity engineering support for pressure systems, topside structures, hull and moorings systems for ABJV FPSO Operations. The role involves developing and improving Asset Integrity Management Systems and supporting offshore operations with risk‑based decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation, development and continuous improvement of Asset Integrity Management Systems (AIMS) documentation, strategies, procedures and safety case inputs.
• Provide technical advice to on‑shore and offshore operations teams and assist with risk‑based decision‑making processes.
• Develop and coordinate annual inspection and integrity plans, optimise resourcing and cost planning.
• Review and accept inspection work scopes, assess component condition, identify integrity risks and drive remedial actions.
• Manage anomaly management system, raise repair orders in CMMS and prioritise repair scopes.
• Coordinate repair methodologies with specialist vendors and ensure timely closure of integrity repair scopes.
• Participate in Management of Change (MOC) processes, failure investigations and HSE audit actions.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Mechanical, Materials, Structural, Marine or related engineering discipline.
• Experience in integrity engineering for FPSO, offshore oil & gas or similar asset‑intensive operations.
• Knowledge of pressure systems, topside structures, hull and mooring systems.
• Familiarity with offshore regulations, industry codes, class requirements and Independent Competent Person verification.
• Willing and medically fit to travel offshore when required.
