Young Leaders Program - Angola

About the role

The Young Leaders Program is a one‑year consulting apprenticeship based in Luanda, designed for recent graduates from Angolan universities. Participants will work alongside experienced consultants, gaining hands‑on experience while developing leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in project teams of 3‑5 consultants to deliver client solutions.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to formulate hypotheses.
• Develop recommendations and communicate findings to client senior management.
• Present results and support implementation of recommendations with the team.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree) from an Angolan university.
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity.
• Resilience, ability to learn quickly, and willingness to take initiative.
• Interest in consulting and leadership development.
