Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role supports a home‑based project in the online travel industry, handling first‑level support via inbound and outbound channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls.
• Manage cases, log interactions, and maintain accurate call histories.
• Assist homeowners using a booking platform, handling modifications, cancellations, deposit claims, and escalations.
• Analyze call data and share customer feedback with internal teams.
• Stay updated on platform and process changes and collaborate through documented communication.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a multilingual or travel‑related environment.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling under pressure.
• Solid computer literacy and experience working online.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Slack or other online collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and standard office applications.
