Technical Sales Representative – Well Services & Interventions

About the role

Weatherford is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Representative to promote its Well Services and Well Intervention solutions in Luanda, Angola. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, forecasting margins, and integrating sales activities into the local business plan.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the annual revenue and margin targets agreed with the GZ Technical Sales Manager and Sales Director.
• Provide accurate revenue and margin forecasts based on customer operational activity and expenditure plans.
• Strategically sell Weatherford Well Services and Well Intervention technologies within the assigned product line and explore cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with Safety, Security, HSE, and Quality policies, ensuring ethical conduct and corporate governance.
• Utilise Salesforce (SFDC.com) and XAIT‑Porter software for lead management, opportunity tracking, and contract handover.
• Communicate service quality incidents from customers to Weatherford and lead resolution efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales within the oil & gas sector, preferably focused on well services or interventions.
• Strong understanding of safety, security, and quality management systems.
• Ability to develop and execute account plans and revenue forecasts.
• Excellent communication skills for client education and relationship building.

• XAIT‑Porter software for contract and operational tracking.
