Surveyor II – Service Excellence Survey Services

About the role

We are looking for a Surveyor II to support Service Excellence Survey Services in field‑based survey projects. The role involves performing on‑site measurements, ensuring safety compliance, and assisting the crew chief and project managers to deliver accurate survey data.

Key responsibilities

• Assist colleagues in completing survey tasks while following safe work procedures.
• Conduct and document daily Job Safety Analyses and pre‑tower safety meetings.
• Follow OII, DOTD, and client‑specific requirements for each project.
• Execute job‑specific tasks as directed by the client or project manager.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain and safeguard company equipment and tools.
• Provide training to fellow field personnel and support non‑essential duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Demonstrates team leadership, decision‑making and planning abilities.
• Ability to prioritize work, adapt to changing conditions and work under pressure.
• Strong health‑and‑safety knowledge and the capacity to conduct safety inspections.
• Good sense of direction, self‑navigation skills and basic field calculation ability.
• Effective communication, client‑focused attitude and respect for confidentiality.
