Support Specialist – Customer Service (Luanda, Angola)

About the role

We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our on‑site team in Luanda. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve inquiries, gather feedback and ensure a smooth support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective assistance through email, phone and chat.
• Handle complex cases professionally and within agreed timelines.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate interaction logs.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain high‑quality support and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Own a personal laptop or desktop suitable for remote support tools.
• Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
• Optional: at least 6 months of experience in customer support.
