About the role
We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our on‑site team in Luanda. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve inquiries, gather feedback and ensure a smooth support experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective assistance through email, phone and chat.
- Handle complex cases professionally and within agreed timelines.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate interaction logs.
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain high‑quality support and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Own a personal laptop or desktop suitable for remote support tools.
- Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
- Optional: at least 6 months of experience in customer support.
