Subcontracts Supervisor

About the role

KBR is seeking a Subcontracts Supervisor to act as the Project Management Company (PMC) representative for the Lobito Refinery Project in Angola. The role involves managing procurement and administration activities related to subcontracting work.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify suppliers, issue requests for proposals, evaluate proposals and maintain subcontract files.
• Oversee the full range of procurement and administration activities for subcontracting work on the project.
• Establish priorities, interpret issues, develop best practices and guide less experienced team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in construction science, engineering, business, finance, supply chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of directly related experience.

Required skills

• Procurement and subcontract administration expertise.
• Supplier qualification and RFP management.
