Senior Surveyor

About the role

The Senior Surveyor will lead field activities for service‑excellence survey projects, ensuring client requirements are met safely and efficiently. This position works closely with project managers, crew members, and client representatives to deliver high‑quality survey data.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with clients, crew, and project managers throughout the survey lifecycle.
• Conduct and document daily Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and safety pre‑tower meetings.
• Oversee offshore operations, including personnel management, daily progress tracking, and asset utilization.
• Execute specific job tasks as directed by the client or project manager while adhering to company safety rules.
• Train and mentor field personnel on safe work procedures and equipment handling.
• Maintain and safeguard company equipment used on‑site.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to lead a crew in the field without direct reports.
• Strong decision‑making skills and the ability to prioritize project tasks.
• Excellent adaptability to changing priorities, weather conditions, and equipment issues.
• Good sense of direction and capability to self‑navigate in the field.

Required skills

• Basic field calculation abilities.
• Proficiency with information‑technology systems required for survey operations.
