Sales & Marketing Associate (Remote)

About the role

PioneXHub is looking for a full‑time remote Sales & Marketing Associate to help grow and engage its entrepreneurial community. You will be the front‑line contact for prospective members and partners, presenting the platform’s value and supporting ongoing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to prospective members and strategic partners.
• Manage inbound inquiries and present PioneXHub’s services.
• Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare promotional materials and track performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and nurture relationships via email and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve member experience.
• Provide training and support to community members on platform features.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Decision‑making and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Background in business, marketing, communications or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Experience with digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Comfort with online community platforms.
