Remote Croatian Pre-Sales Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing travel‑tech platform as a Croatian‑speaking Pre‑Sales Representative. You will engage homeowners, introduce them to partnership opportunities, and guide them through the early qualification process for vacation‑rental management.

Key responsibilities

• Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
• Conduct lead pre‑qualification calls, assessing property suitability, licensing, pricing and availability.
• Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems and assign qualified leads to Sales Managers.
• Record interactions and follow‑ups meticulously.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
• Comfortable making warm and cold outreach calls.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team.

Required skills

• Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
• Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with internal dashboards and workflow systems.
