Quality Assurance Quality Control Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a QA/QC Coordinator to support a major oil & gas project, ensuring that all quality management processes meet client and contractual requirements. The role involves coordinating inspections, testing, and documentation across on‑shore and off‑shore phases.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in line with client and contract specifications.
• Review and enforce compliance with Quality Control Plans (QCPs) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate inspections, testing activities and maintain quality records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage material receiving, storage, traceability and preservation according to project quality standards.
• Monitor subcontractors’ QA/QC activities and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Verify accuracy of inspection reports, test certificates and final turnover dossiers.
• Support mechanical completion by providing complete and traceable quality documentation.
• Liaise with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors and client representatives to ensure effective quality coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Energy sectors.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Coordinator, Lead or Senior QA/QC Engineer on EPC, turnaround, shutdown or brownfield projects.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and international quality standards.
• Willingness to work remotely and mobilise for on‑shore and offshore assignments.
