Project Management & Quality Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Project Management & Quality Controller to support the oversight of public digital infrastructure projects in Angola. Reporting to the client’s technical direction, you will focus on inspection, verification and quality control rather than direct execution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and verifications of construction activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, audit reports and control registers.
• Coordinate with the client’s technical team and local contractors to resolve non‑conformities.
• Prepare periodic quality and risk management reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project control, quality management and risk management.
• Proven ability to work under client direction on large‑scale public infrastructure projects.

Required skills

• PMP certification (or equivalent).
• PRINCE2 methodology.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
• PMI‑RMP certification (optional).
