Portuguese Business Account Evaluator (AI Personalization)

About the role

Gramian Consultancy is seeking a native Portuguese speaker to join a 16‑week remote project that evaluates AI‑generated email responses. Using your primary Google Workspace business Gmail account, you will assess whether the AI outputs are relevant, accurate, helpful, and properly personalized based on professional email history.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated replies against professional email history and account activity.
• Judge each response for accuracy, relevance, helpfulness, and personalization quality.
• Identify unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, or irrelevant recommendations.
• Compare multiple AI outputs and select the stronger overall result.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that follows detailed project guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all data‑privacy requirements.
• Complete evaluations on schedule throughout the 16‑week contract.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Portuguese.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Active Google Workspace or corporate Gmail account used regularly for business communication.
• Business inbox containing predominantly English emails with roughly 1,000 or more messages.
• Gmail display language set to Portuguese.
• Willingness to use the business account for evaluation and sign the required consent form.

What we offer

• Contractor assignment lasting 16 weeks.
