Operator Assistant – GeoBalance Applications

About the role

Join Halliburton as an Operator Assistant for GeoBalance Applications. Working under close supervision, you will learn the fundamentals of equipment preparation, rigging, and data quality monitoring for on‑shore and off‑shore projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare GeoBalance Applications equipment for installation and service.
• Assist in rigging up and down service‑line equipment at various work locations.
• Support job execution, including clean‑up, minor repairs, and set‑up for subsequent jobs.
• Monitor instruments and perform calculations to ensure well‑data quality.

Required profile

• Successful completion of Halliburton’s company tests and competency requirements.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Reading comprehension and writing skills.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• No prior experience required.
